Manually Sending Reminders

In an ideal scenario all of the emails throughout the duration should go out automatically to the guest. You have the ability to manage the times in which these emails go out and how frequently they do. For more information on the automated emails the system sends out you can see our help article here.

There are occasions in which a guest may ask you to resend a reminder, or maybe you are still waiting on a payment and would like to manually prompt the guest so we have give you the ability to do this from your admin.

To resend a reminder you will need to Login to your admin go to Bookings and select the booking. Within the booking you will see a menu below the booking reference. Select 'Emails/Activity' in the menu.

This section shows you all of the communications and activity that has happened on the booking. You can see the dates in which the emails were last sent and any changes that have been made against the booking. To manually resend a reminder you just need to press the button next it for example 'Send Security Deposit Reminder'
