Disable Online Bookings

Occasionally there will come a time where you would like to have a conversation with a guest before they book their stay. Within a season you have the ability to enable or disable online bookings. We would recommend having them enabled for the most part as to not put up barriers to a guest trying to book a stay but the ability is there if you would like the guest to enquire about the dates first. 

To do this you will need to log into your admin and got to Properties > Select Property. Within the property you should see a Prices and Availability button within the menu below the image. You will find your seasons within here. If you are yet to set up seasons for your holiday property please see our help article.

Click on the Seasons tab at the top of the page and select the season you want to disable online bookings for and click Modify Season. You will then see a pop up with a check box which says 'Online Bookings Enabled'. If you uncheck this and click Update Season guests will then not be able to book a stay but instead when they select the date in the calendar it will prompt them to get in touch with you.
