Premier Cottages Compliancy
The Premier Cottages collective ask that certain requirements are met by their members and their websites. See below for how you can implement these requests onto your SCRUMPY website.
Linking your calendar
You can connect your calendar to your Premier Cottages listing to display the latest availability. Any guests who click on your listing to book will then be seamlessly directed to your own website, where they are taken to the checkout screen to complete the booking.
From within your website's admin, navigate to Properties (select the property) > Edit > Sync > SuperControl. Here you will find 3 fields that require your unique credentials to match with those used on your Premier Cottages listing.
- SuperControl Client ID eg.123 (this can be found in the Premier Cottages booking calendar URL)
- SuperControl Key is always 75ff3163-8736-49d9-8d10-41c0608053f0
- SuperControl Property ID eg.123456 (this can be found in the Premier Cottages booking calendar URL…)

Linked logo to your Premier Cottages Listing
To show that you are a member of The Premier Cottages co-operative, a logo is required at the bottom of your homepage, which once pressed, acts as a button that takes the user to your listing on The Premier Cottages website.
Depending on whether you have a bespoke website design or are using one of our customisable templates, will vary slightly as to how you add the logo. In most instances you will navigate to Site Content > Homepage.
You will also need to link the logo to your listing on the Premier Cottages website. Don't hesitate to ask help@scrumpy.co.uk if you require any assistance.
Custom agreement at the checkout
As part of the Premier Cottages terms & conditions, all guests are required to read and opt into the below statement.
“We are a member of Premier Cottages, a collective of independent holiday cottage owners. To subscribe to the email newsletter, please tick this box”
You can add this to the checkout process on your SCRUMPY website by going to Properties > (select the property) > Edit > Configuration > Add Agreement
Linking to Premier Cottages T’s & C’s
As part of your own booking T's & C's, you will also need to add the below Premier Cottages terms and conditions statement with link out to their website,
Navigate to Properties > (select a property) > Edit > Configuration > Terms and Conditions, copying and pasting the below statement:
“Data Privacy Statement - We treat any data collected during the course of making bookings or dealing with enquiries in strict confidence. Your data will never be sold. As members of Premier Cottages (a marketing collective of the best four and five star cottages in the UK) we have agreed to supply to Premier Cottages Ltd the names, postal and email addresses of all guests booking with us during the previous year, in order that these guests may be sent a Premier Cottages brochure and sent promotional emails from time to time. By accepting these terms and conditions you are indicating your consent to receiving these communications unless you let us know otherwise. If at any time you would like your details removed from this list all you need do is click the unsubscribe link on any of the emails or contact <email> and we will arrange for you to be removed from our database."
Make sure that you replace the placeholder <email> in the last sentence with your own business's email address.
