Agency Reports
Your SCRUMPY website and booking engine can pull together lots of useful information for you. If you have an Agency website, not only will you get helpful information about the likes of Guest Feedback, Occupancy levels and where your bookings originate; but also specific Agency Reports that are designed to make the admin of your Owners simpler.
You can access Reports from the main menu on the left-hand side, once selected, just scroll down to see the Agency Reports.
Agency Report
All referred visits, enquiries and bookings are tracked and appear against each property listing.
Owner Receipt Report
By setting the date range in the top right corner, you can see a brief overview of how much each Company/Owner receives from your Agency bookings for any chosen month.
The Owner Receipt itself displays each booking generated by the agency within the selected time frame, with its value after the Agency's cut.
Pressing the Preview button will send a copy of the email to your inbox, whilst the Send Receipt button allows you to send a professional, templated Owner Receipt email to the Company/Owner with the statement "This acts as a bank transfer receipt for £X for the following bookings:"
Agency Share Report
This comprehensive tool always you to set any time frame and view every property side by side in a month on month table. The values shown here are the Agency's share of all bookings for each property, allowing you to see at a glance where you are making the most commission.
Clicking on any of the values will open up a small window with further details with each booking, with a break down of the Booking ID, Property, Dates, Total Value, Owner Cut, Agency Cut and Adjustments.
The Agency Share Report can also be downloaded as a spreadsheet, to be exported into the likes of Excel or just saved for your records as a .csv file.
Owner Property Share Report
Similar to the Agency Share Report, you can set a start and end date, and view your entire portfolio in the table. However, the data shown here is the value of the owners share for all bookings at each property.
When expanding an entry, the pop up will display a break down of what the owner and agency each get, as well as showing any adjustments that have been made (discounts, additional charges etc.).
There is also a button for 'Download Spreadsheet' allowing you to export the data as a .csv.
Owner Share Report
The Owner Share Report is very similar to the Owner Property Share Report, however works on a per client/owner basis, instead of just per property. This is particularly useful when you are managing several properties for a single business and want the costings for all of their properties collated together.
As with all of the reports, you can use the download button to export a copy of the data into a spreadsheet.
