How to log into an Agency site as an Owner
If an Agency manages bookings on your behalf through a SCRUMPY website, a username for the Owner portal can be created, so you can see booking information related to your property or properties.
Username
To get started you'll first need a username. You'll receive an email that includes an autogenerated password, along with your Reference and a link to access the Owners Portal.
If you've not already received an email similar to the one above, please contact your Agency or help@scrumpy.co.uk who can send you your login instructions.
Signing In
Click the link within the email to arrive at the login screen. Or alternatively, scroll to the bottom of the Agencies website, where you'll find an 'Owner Login' button in the footer.
Complete the form using the credentials that were provided in Your Login Details email.

The Account reference can also be found by looking at the URL for the property page. For example, " the-test-house" can be seen in this link https://agency-demo.myscrumpy.co.uk/properties/the-test-house
After successfully signing in for the first time you'll be asked to change your password.
From within the Owners portal, you'll be able to see your calendar, upcoming bookings, mark unavailable dates, financials, and housekeepers.
