Full Amount Due By

The Full Amount Due By field allows you to see when the full balance of a Booking needs to be paid.

By default all bookings will have the balance set to required by 11:59pm on the day that it is due.

New Bookings

If you are adding a Booking, the Full Amount Due By will automatically populate once the arrival and departure dates have been added; using

A Property's Full Amount Required Within will determine the default of when the balance should be paid.

Clicking the Full Amount Due By field will open up a calendar pop, allowing you to select or override the date and time.

Existing Bookings

Whilst all bookings will already have a time set for when the balance needs to be paid, you can easily override this.

Simply navigate to:
Bookings > Select a Booking > Details/Edit > Full Amount Due By
