Party Flag Alerts

Within SCRUMPY you have the ability to require all guest information coming to stay at your property. If the number of guests added doesn't match the number of guest details that have been inputted by the guest it will send the lead booker a reminder email to fill in the required information. Once they have added all of the relevant information you can enable what we call 'Party Flags' to inform/flag up any bookings where all guests are either the same sex or all below 30 - indicating that the party arriving may be a Hen/Stag Do. 

Enabling 'Require Guest Details'

First you will need to ensure that the 'Require Guest Information' is enabled against the property. To do this you will need to navigate to Properties, select the relevant property and go to the Edit section. Once selected you will see a configuration tab as displayed below: 

Within here you will see 'Require Guest Information' enabling this checkbox means bookings made at this property will be 'missing guest information' until the numbers of guests entered matches the number of adults, children and infants the customer has indicated. To turn on the email reminders for missing guest information you will need to navigate to Site Settings, once selected you will see a 'Reminders' tab. Enable the 'Send Reminders for Missing Guest Information' and you will be able to configure the reminder frequency and the cut off (days) as displayed below: 

Enabling 'Party Flag'

If you want to be alerted when a booking contains a party of either the same sex or all below 30 you will need to enable the Party Flag alert within your admin. To do this you will need to navigate to Site Settings, within here you will see a 'Settings' tab, once selected you will 'Party Flag Enabled' as displayed below: 

This will notify you via email if any bookings contain parties that are either all of the same sex or under 30.
