Testimonials

Adding testimonials to your website is a simple process with a Scrumpy website, and it can be a very effective way to build trust and a reputation with a potential customer. This will therefore increase the overall chance of a booking being made.

To add a testimonial you will need to log into your admin and click 'Properties' on the left-hand side. You will then need to select a property by clicking on the appropriate property image. Next, you will need to click on 'Ratings and awards' on the left-hand side, underneath the property image. Then you will need to press 'Testimonials' where you can add, edit and delete customer testimonials. At the start, you will need to add a new testimonial by pressing 'Add new Testimonial'.

However, if TripAdvisor is connected, these testimonials will not appear, for example:
