Adding a Housekeeper (Agency)

The way in which you add housekeepers on agency websites differs slightly to that of a standard SCRUMPY website. 

To add a housekeeper to a property on an agency site you will need to go to your admin and click 'Agency Dashboard' in the left hand menu. You will then see a list of owners/properties dependent on how your site has been set up. Click the relevant owner or property name for the property you would like to add your housekeeper to.

You will see a small menu below the property image. Click Housekeepers > Create New Housekeeper add the name and email address of the house keeper you would like to add.

Once you have added the housekeeper you will need to go Properties > Select a property > Edit > Configuration. You will then see a housekeeper dropdown in which you will need to assign the housekeeper you have just added.

Your housekeeper will now receive an email with instructions on how to log in to their housekeeping portal.
