COVID-19 Timetable for easing restrictions (Scotland)

This article is accurate as of 9th April 2021 and is specific to COVID-19 restrictions in Scotland

The Scottish Government has set out a timetable for easing Coronavirus restrictions in Scotland. We have taken a look at the steps and tried to simplify this for property owners. Holiday accommodation must stay closed until at least the 26th of April.

The guidance states:

26th April

Up to 6 people from up to 3 households can socialise outdoors.

Tourist accommodation is allowed to reopen (self-catering accommodation to be restricted in line with rules on indoor gathering). This means although accommodation can open it will be with your household only.

Travel within mainland Scotland allowed.

17th May

Self catering accommodation can now open for up to 4 people from 2 households.

Early June

Self catering accommodation can now open for up to 6 people from up to 3 households.

Late June

We will hopefully see more restrictions lifting so holiday accommodation can return to normal.

All of the above is subject to review but we have high hopes for a much brighter summer. Please let us know if there is anything we can do at all to help you manage you availability and bookings for the upcoming months.
Once again we would like to thank you for your continued support.
